Exhibition Concept

The exhibition layout concept is based on the collections and carried out in the form of specific themes. The cultural-artistic themes outlined in the permanent exhibition will be further developed in the themed exhibitions.
 
The permanent exhibition halls contain both Chinese and foreign treasures. It is divided into nine exhibition areas with different themes:
 
1. The Tale of the Porcelain “Teapot”
2. Export Items of the Ming and Qing Dynasty China Trade
3. Colour Varieties of Chinese Porcelain Teapot during the Qing Dynasty
4. Chinoiseries
5. Chinese Textiles
6. Treasured Ornaments, Chinese and Overseas
7. Chinese and Foreign Calligraphy and Painting
8. Court Art and Imperial Style of the Qing Dynasty
9. Silver Resplendent in Flowing Light
