The preparation for the GuWei Museum began in 2020 and lasted more than three years. The design of the site went through many discussions and modifications before the current plan was finally drawn up. In addition to introducing contemporary exhibition concepts, the GuWei Museum also fully considers the cultural needs and habits of Hong Kong. While promoting traditional Chinese culture, it takes advantage of the GuWei Museum’s rich collections and based in Hong Kong proposes a dialogue to the world.
